About Capital Diamond Tower

The tower is not just a new building rising in the capital, as it is a landmark with a unique concept in front of another landmark. When standing in the first and tallest Twisted Tower in Africa, you will be in front of the Iconic Tower, the tallest tower in Africa.The building twists 212 degrees, giving you the largest view area in addition to the Diamond at the top of the tower, providing a 360 view of the administrative capital from a towering height, offering a unique perspective. If you rotate around the tower 360 degrees, you will find its exterior appearance uniform from all directions, unlike buildings that have one façade and a different back.

The project has received approvals from the Administrative Capital, the Decennial Compound, and the National Research Center. We immediately commenced work on the site and are currently in the construction phase. Obtaining these approvals means that we are committed to all the requirements of the Administrative Capital Company, including providing all necessary studies, such as wind studies and various engineering studies. We also adhere to international codes in all our projects.

Capital Diamond Tower is situated in the most prominent location of the New Administrative Capital.

About the Location

When Amazon decided to enter Egypt, they considered the most suitable location for projects of the company’s scale in the UAE and Saudi Arabia. This is where the company chose to lead an urban development in the New Administrative Capital as its first entry into the Egyptian market with the Tower Diamond Capital project. So, what’s the best location for a landmark or tower of this value? To create a landmark in a new area, they chose the most important destination in the New Administrative Capital, which is the Central Business District, housing Africa’s most significant landmark: the Iconic Tower.

When Amazon decided to enter the Egyptian market, they did so with the first and tallest Twisted Tower in Egypt and Africa, one of the 32 Twisted Towers worldwide. It’s designed to twist at a 212-degree angle, and when you reach the Diamond, you’ll enjoy a panoramic 360-degree view, allowing the tower to provide a different perspective on the entire New Administrative Capital. This is what makes the tower the third in the world in terms of rotation angle and the 11th in the world in terms of height, making it the tallest Twisted Tower in Africa.

Commercial Realm

In addition to the four entrances after the parking, there are entry points for the commercial and residential towers, accessed from Park Central, serving as vibrant meeting points with scenic views, multiple elevators, both interior and exterior entrances, a dining area, kids’ zone, and amenities such as ATMs, a prayer area, and reception facilities.

The second floor of the commercial tower hosts the Food Court, catering to various culinary needs. It features a dedicated service corridor independent of the mall, equipped with loading and unloading facilities, refrigeration, and preparation areas in a separate section away from the mall and an essential area for high-tech waste disposal.

On the third floor, there is the Panorama Lounge Sky, offering a spectacular view of the Iconic Tower and the Tower Diamond Capital itself. This area is accessible, providing the best transportation options, as you are right next to the Monorail station, a major hub for transportation in the administrative capital.

The commercial area is strategically designed to direct traffic flow efficiently, ensuring that all customers will have easy access and an immersive experience. The loading docks are fully equipped with single and double loaded corridors, escalators, and panoramic elevators.

Administrative Realm

The administrative tower consists of 18 floors, each with a capacity ranging from 16 to 18 offices, unlike most commercial developments in the capital, which can accommodate up to 58 offices per floor. Each floor is strategically designed with exterior views to offer larger workspaces in the most efficient layout.

The administrative tower is equipped with high-speed elevators, each with a capacity of 13 people, ensuring quick and smooth transportation, minimizing waiting times or disruptions. The elevators are dedicated to administrative use and the VIP residential section, ensuring convenient and secure access for owners or designated personnel.

The tower also includes 40 office floors, with spaces starting from 49 square meters, providing flexibility for opening up spaces and expanding usability. The ground floor features a shopping center, food court, lounges, catering facilities, and a pool, creating a diverse atmosphere for work. EFS is the operating company responsible for managing these amenities.

The location is strategically chosen for the best transportation access, directly connected to the Monorail station, making it a central hub for various means of transportation in the administrative capital. It serves as a convenient and efficient gateway for residents and visitors alike.

Hotel Apartments Realm

The last 11 floors in the tower are dedicated to Diamond Apartments, offering luxurious residences equipped with state-of-the-art amenities and renowned brands. The hotel section of these apartments is known as Brand Apartments, ensuring a unique and premium living experience.

The hotel section features a remarkable 41st floor designed for a panoramic view of the administrative capital, providing residents with an exceptional and breathtaking view.

Residents will have access to all the facilities in the tower, including a revolving restaurant, pool, hotel-standard catering, lounges, food court, and shopping center, providing a comprehensive and immersive 360-degree experience. The hotel apartments start from 60 square meters, offering spacious and luxurious living spaces for residents to enjoy.

Three elevators are designated exclusively for the hotel apartments, including the Hero Elevator, which serves both the administrative and VIP residential sections. Owners or designated personnel have special access, allowing for convenient and secure transportation separate from the general elevators.
